Inspired by her immigrant roots and her father's proud tenure as a warehouse worker, Daisy champions the cause of these unsung heroes, who exemplify resilience and dedication in the logistics world.

With over 15 years of managerial experience in both private and non-profit sectors, Daisy advocates for a human-centered approach to leadership, firmly believing that people are at the heart of effective management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a minor in Chicano Studies from California State University, Fullerton, and a School Business Management certificate from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California. Her academic journey culminated in an MBA from the Peter Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, where her focus on leadership and strategy earned her the prestigious Drucker Leadership Award.
